Why is my TPMS light on?+
Your TPMS light can illuminate for several reasons: one or more tires are significantly under-inflated, a sensor's internal battery has died (they typically last 5-10 years), or the sensor was physically damaged by a pothole or during previous tire service.
Can you replace one TPMS sensor?+
Yes, we can diagnose exactly which sensor is failing and replace just that single unit. You do not need to replace all four sensors unless their batteries are simultaneously dying.
Do new TPMS sensors need programming?+
Yes. Simply installing a new sensor isn't enough; it must be programmed and 'relearned' by your vehicle's internal computer so the car recognizes the new sensor's signal. Our shop is equipped with the advanced scanning tools required to program nearly all vehicle makes and models.
Can you diagnose which sensor is bad?+
