• Company Disclaimer: Our company does not issue, administer, or assume liability for tire warranties, and we cannot process warranty claims on your behalf.
• How to File a Claim: For any warranty-related questions or to initiate a claim, please contact the tire manufacturer directly via their official website or customer service line. Be sure to have your original purchase receipt handy, as the manufacturer will require it to process your request.

We strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience and want to ensure you receive the correct tires for your vehicle. In the event that tires are ordered in the incorrect size, please be advised that the customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return or exchange. These costs include:

• Local Delivery Fees: You will be responsible for any delivery or shipping fees charged by the local freight or shipping company to return the incorrect tires or to deliver the exchanged tires.
• 15% Restocking Fee: All returns and exchanges resulting from incorrect sizing are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is calculated based on the original purchase price of the tires.
